The Baron Regrets Book Tour & Giveaway!!

The Baron Regrets
by D.S. Dehel
Genre: Contemporary Romance, Cozy Mystery
Regret nothing.
Tessa Winthrop, an art restoration specialist, is hoping for the job of a lifetime—one which would cement her reputation in a field dominated by her male colleagues.
Working for Baron Lucien Stanhope—or Leo as he prefers—challenges Tess’s talent, intellect, and emotions. Leo is charming, handsome, and way out of her league. It doesn’t matter, though, because she only is there for her art and the mystery surrounding master painter Giovanni Remini.
When a night of passion leads to consequences that could mean the end of her career, Tess fears that the baron regrets having ever met her.
But fate has more in store for them, and sometimes regrets are the beginning of better things.
D. S. Dehel is a lover of literature, good food, and the Oxford comma. When she is not immersed in a book, she is mom to her kids and spoiling her rather coddled feline, Mr. Darcy or her equally pampered puppy, Jameson. Having finally retired, she spends her days dreaming up new plotlines. She adores literary allusions, writing sex scenes, and British men. Actually, make that hot men in general. Her devoted husband is still convinced she writes children’s books. Please don’t enlighten him.

Rebecca Layton returns to her beachside hometown of Sunnyville, California,
determined to explore the possibility of rekindling her past relationship
with the love of her life, Raymond Colton. She’s devastated to discover that
he has moved on and is now engaged.

Raymond Colton harbors resentment towards Rebecca for abandoning him to
pursue her dreams of life in the big city. Now she’s back and more beautiful
than ever. But Raymond’s heart has been broken more than once and risking
more heartache with Rebecca isn’t a gamble he’s willing to take.

When Rebecca agrees to use her marketing expertise to help Raymond’s father
salvage his failing family business–Colton’s Ice Creamery–she and Raymond
are thrown together, and old flames are ignited. Can they heal the wounds
from their past and embrace the possibility of a brighter tomorrow?

TEASER

“Raymond has returned and is now standing silhouetted in the
door like some Egyptian pharaoh, his perfect physique clearly outlined
before he steps into the office with a pizza box.

“Woman, don’t you ever take a
break?”

“Not always.” I stand and massage the ache I
feel in my lower back from sitting too
long.

“My back and shoulders let
me know when it’s time to stop.”

“Here, let me help with that.” Clearing the
desk, he sets the box down. Turning me around, he massages my tense
shoulders. “I don’t want you falling apart when we’re just
getting started. I’ve got to take care of the talent.”

“Thanks, that really hits the spot.” I should stop
him, but I stay silent as his strong hands remove the tension from my
shoulders. I’ve missed his touch, but as good as it feels, I force
myself to turn around and break the contact. This is an even bigger mistake
because now we are standing close enough to kiss.”

sitting on the sidelines of my publishing aspirations. In 2019, I contracted

Orange Blossoms-Love Blooms, is October 19,
2020. My novella,

I write contemporary romance and women’s fiction with emotion-driven

Reader advisory: Rash and Rationality is a modern gender-swapped friends-to-lovers Sense & Sensibility, set in a cozy bookshop.
Pride & Pancakes
Happily Ever Austen Series Book 1
When a cold-hearted singer and a hard-headed journalist are trapped together in a blizzard, there will be sparks—and pancakes.
When Beth Cho is tasked with interviewing elusive musician Tristan Harty, it’s hate at first sight. Despite his sapphire-blue eyes and lithe frame, he’s got to be the most infuriating man on the planet.
Tristan Harty is already sick of reporters and this one is proving no different. Sure, she might be adorable with her ebony hair and big brown eyes, but her incessant need to dig into his past is dragging on his last nerve.
The bickering duo vow never to meet again, but Mother Nature has other plans for them, trapping them in a Vermont cabin via a blizzard. The more Beth learns about the aristocratic Tristan, the harder it is for her to keep her professional distance, just as Tristan discovers that a loving heart beats inside the beautiful reporter.
But what happens when the snowstorm’s over, and the melted Tristan and enamored Beth are free to leave? Can their reluctant attraction bloom into a deeper love now their cold-as-ice judgment has thawed?
Reader advisory: Pride and Pancakes is a sweet yet steamy contemporary story inspired by the immortal Pride & Prejudice. There are references to sexual abuse, death from drug overdose and death in car crash.
Ellen Mint adores the adorkable heroes who charm with their shy smiles and heroines that pack a punch. She has a needy black lab named after Granny Weatherwax from Discworld. Sadly, her dog is more of a Magrat.
When she’s not writing imposing incubi or saucy aliens, she does silly things like make a tiny library full of her books. Her background is in genetics and she married a food scientist so the two of them nerd out over things like gut bacteria. She also loves gaming, particularly some of the bigger RPG titles. If you want to get her talking for hours, just bring up Dragon Age.

HI! Just to tell you a bit about myself. I have lived in Seattle, WA most of my life however I was raised in New York and spent summers in Cape May, NJ. Most of my work is set on the beaches and beach towns of the Jersey Shore. I wrote my first novel when I was thirteen years old and continued to write poetry and short stories for the following years. I have had articles and papers published as well as photographs that were published in a book entitled “Rock and Roll Memorabilia II”.
I hold an AA degree in Business Management. I never obtained a degree in Literary Arts or Writing per se but I feel I come by my writing talent organically as William Shakespeare is my 1st cousin 12 times removed.
“An Unexpected Gift” is my debut novel. Like Janie, the main character in the novel, I was diagnosed with High Functioning Autism at the age of forty-eight however I am proud to share this diagnosis with Ralph Waldo Emerson and Emily Dickenson as well as many others. I see my autism as a gift from God. It has given me a high intellect and innate talent that I use as a tool to enlighten the rest of the world to the plight of adults with autism.
Like many people on the spectrum, I never married or had children which is sadly my greatest regret. I currently live with my wonderful sister Kendra and my three cats Tyler, Tabitha and Teddy in Spokane, WA. I am planning to move back to the New Jersey Shore as soon as possible.

I Was Born Ruined by C.M. Stunich (Death by Daybreak Motorcycle Club, #1) – 5 Star Review!

51CuDof-xEL._SY346_.jpgStory Rating: *****
Cover Rating: A

This book confirmed I have found a new favorite author. Stunich is a fantastic author who writes gritty, naughty, raw stories that keep you captivated and begging for more. This particular story is gut-wrenching. The internal struggles and turmoil of the main character, Gidget, are so realistic – Stunich really dug deep into her POV with this one and placed us right inside the MC’s head. This book showed me again what I so loved about the first  title I found by her – she creates bad boy characters that are just nice enough, just broken enough that you can’t help but (A) feel bad for them and (B) want them. My favorite? Maybe Sin… but Crown is delicious, too.

The cover is eye-catching and offers an accurate depiction of what readers should expect to find within the pages.
