Story Rating: ****
Cover Rating: B
This was an easy read that kept me turning the pages. It took only two or three hours to read in it’s entirety, but there was not a dull moment anywhere. The split endings was a lot of fun – and that last one threw me for a loop! The characters were likable, believable. The story was tense, exciting, and spooky. This is the perfect quick read for October, and I’m looking forward to reading some of the spin-off anthology titles!
The cover is eye-catching and offers a fairly good depiction of what readers should expect to find inside the story.
