This is a riveting tale revolving around the life of Ernest Hemingway’s wife. Although it’s a work of fiction, The Paris Wife offers a unique perspective on the roaring 20’s that I haven’t often seen depicted in stories. There is heartbreak and love, scenes that cause laughter and tears. There were a very few points where the story was hard to get through, but it was a mostly intriguing read. I also enjoyed the glimpses into Hemingway’s life himself, as well as into his character.
The cover is eye-catching and offers a fair description of what readers should expect to find within it’s pages.
